Why does it take so long to receive the package?

We greatly apologize for the inconvenience the long shipping times may cause you. However in turn we are able to lower inventory costs which result in offering you the lowest prices, frequent discounts, exclusive products and FREE SHIPPING! (No matter how low your total cost)

How do you ship packages?

Since we use suppliers from around the world to provide you with beautiful items, you may receive more than one tracking number for your order. We handpick items from various sources as orders are placed from various countries. 

How long does shipping take?

(Shipping time varies by location)

United States: 12-20 days

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some of our partners, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you purchase more than 1 item, they may come in different packages, also possibly arriving at different times with different tracking numbers. All of the separate tracking #s will be notified to you by email.
